1. Who We Are
Leilani Tattoos Inc. (“Leilani Tattoos Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is our registered legal entity, owned and operated by James McGregor and Leilani McGregor. “Unstuck Path” is the communications platform we operate for client messaging, and RevenueOS is our workflow, client-communication, and marketing product within it, hosted on the unstuck-path.com domain. Unstuck Path is a communications platform operated by Leilani Tattoos Inc.
2. What RevenueOS Is
RevenueOS is a workflow, client communication, and marketing platform. It supports business operations such as customer workflows, appointment and booking coordination, review and reputation management, and client text-message (SMS) communications. Messaging is used to support legitimate business operations — for example, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, follow-ups, and service-related updates — for the businesses that use the platform.
3. How We Use the Platform
Leilani Tattoos Inc. built and operates RevenueOS. We use the platform to run our own business operations, including our tattoo business and its customers, as well as to serve our other marketing clients. This includes customer workflows and client text-message communications such as appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and follow-up messages sent to customers who have an existing business relationship with, and have provided their contact information to, the relevant business.
Leilani Tattoos Inc. is the operator of the messaging service and is responsible for how the platform is used across our own brands and on behalf of our marketing clients.
4. Messaging & Consent
Messages sent through the platform are sent only to customers who have an existing business relationship with the relevant business and who have provided their contact information for that purpose. Recipients can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, and can reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell contact information, and we do not send messages to individuals who have not provided their information to the relevant business.
